The Quebec-Labrador Foundation, Inc. has a Governance Manual published in May 2009. The Manual includes By-Laws for the Governing Boards, Governance Structure, Board Committees, staff, and the Policies for Compliance with IRS expectations on the new form 990. We have posted excerpts from the Governance Manual and all of the Policies for Compliance to include: Conflict of Interest Policy, Whistleblower Policy, Document Retention and Destruction Policy, Compensation Setting Policy, and the Joint Venture Policy.
